Our history
Ascent Lettings started over 20 years ago and has since developed a wide property portfolio across Sheffield and Derbyshire. Our record of success has been built upon a single-minded desire to provide our clients with a top class personal service delivered by highly motivated and trained staff. A sign of this success is the fact that a large proportion of our business is from referrals, satisfied clients who have recommended us to friends and family.

We pride ourselves in providing high quality properties and an efficient management service, all handled by our small team based at Abbeydale Hall. We can also offer flexible tenancy terms, including short-term lets as little as 2 months to bridge a void in your house sale or renovations.
